高产GL-7ACA酰化酶菌株的获得及其培养条件的研究

摘    要:从假单胞菌的野生菌株SP-821出发,经化学、物理诱变,获得GL-7ACA酰化酶高产菌株79u-18,酶活性高达700u/L。在菌株选育过程中一个突破性进展是分离获得构成型GL-7ACA酰化酶产生菌株,即该菌在培养中不需加入戊二酸作诱导剂。本文介绍上述菌株的获得及培养条件的研究。

Abstract:By treating the parent strain, wild type of Pseudomonas SP-821, with a series of Physico-chemical mutagenic agents, a high-yield GL-7ACA-acylase producer, Pseudomonas 79u-18 which specific activity is as high as 700 u/L was isolated.In the course of the strain selection studies, a breakthrough result was obtained on the isolation of constitutive type of GL-7ACA-acylase enzyme producer which was the transformed type of the preceding enzyme, glutaric inducing one.Detail of the selection experiment procedure as well as the fermentation conditions were reported.
