摘    要:目的:探讨银杏注射液联合亚低温治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选择100例急性脑梗死病人,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例。治疗组应用银杏注射液联合亚低温治疗,对照组应用银杏注射液,对比分析两组临床神经功能缺损、日常生活能力评价及梗死灶大小变化情况。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,能明显改善临床神经功能缺损程度,提高日常生活能力和缩小梗死体积(P<0.05)。结论:银杏注射液联合亚低温治疗急性急性脑梗死的疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of combined ginkgolic injection with mild hypothermia therapy for acute cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected,and randomly divided into treatment group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases).The patients in treatmemt group were administrated with combined ginkgolic injection with mild hypothermia therapy,while the patients in control group were administrated with ginkgolic injection alone.Scale of clinical neurologic impairment,activity of daily living and change for size of the infarction were evaluated and contrastively analyzed.Results:Compared with control group,the group of combined ginkgolic injection with mild hypothermia therapy could obviously improve clinical neurologic impairment,scale of activity of daily living and decrease the size of the infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is significant clinical curative effect for combined ginkgolic injection with mild hypothermia therapy for acute cerebral infarction and it is worth extensive application.
