| 摘 要： | 用简单、快速的念珠菌分类鉴定法对657例不同患者标本进行了鉴定,结果121例分离得真菌,阳性率18.42%,分得真菌153株,其中酵母样真菌97株,占63.4%,曲霉23株,占15.03%。酵母样真菌97株中念珠菌83株,占酵母样真菌的85.57%以白色念珠菌为主,其次为热带念珠菌、克柔氏念珠菌。结果表明真菌感染与应用抗生素、激素的数量及时间有关。

| Abstract: | A total of 657 specimens were examined,among which 121cases(18.42%),were fungus-positive.153 strains of fungi were obtain-ed,of which 97 strains were yeast-like Candida(63.4%),23 strainswere Aspergillus(15.03%).And in the 97 strains of yeast-like Candida83 strains were Candida(85.57%).Of the Candida,C albicans are themost common fungus and then in sequence the C tropiealis,C krusei.Indeep fungus infections,more than 50% are caused by Candida.It wasfound that some patients were caused by two kind of fungus at one time.We established a procedure of rapid isolation and identification of Cadi-da.The procedure is simple and practical.It is clear that fungus infectionsare related to the amount and duration of antibiotic and hormoneapplication. |
