| 摘 要： | 报告肾盂输尿管癌208例的诊治经验，探讨肾盂输尿管癌临床特征和诊治效果，结果：肾切除、肾输尿管全切除术，肾输尿管膀胱袖状切除术3种术式后尿路上皮癌再发率相比较差异无显著性，同时发生多部位癌，低级低期者术后再发率高，结果表明，早期发现再发因素并进行分析讨论极为重要。

| Abstract: | By analyzing 208 cases of ureteropelvic carcinomas, we discussed the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Result: It was found that there was no significant difference of urotheliuma recurrence rate in nephrectomy, completely ureteronephrectomy and nephro-ureter-vesical sleeve resection. High recurrence rate existed in both variable region and low grade carcinoma. Conclusion: It is necessary to detect early and to analyze its recurrence factors. |
