泪道激光疏通治疗慢性泪囊炎急性发作

目的 探讨慢性泪囊炎急性发作发生的诱发机制及解除上泪道阻塞在治疗慢性泪囊炎急性发作中的作用.方法 对22只眼慢性泪囊炎急性发作患者行泪道探查发现16只眼伴有上泪道阻塞,对此16只眼行激光疏通后以抗生素原液冲洗泪道,病情稳定后择期行泪囊鼻腔吻合术或激光手术.结果 16只眼治疗后5～10 d炎症消退,无1例需行泪囊切开排脓.结论 上泪道阻塞与慢性泪囊炎急性病变的发生、发展及预后密切相关,解除上泪道的阻塞是治疗急性泪囊炎首要任务.

Lacrimal Laser Treatment on Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Dacryocystitis

Objective To investigate the role of eliminating obstruction of upper lacrimal ducts on the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic dacryocystitis and clarify the possible induced mechanisms in the acute exacerbation of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Twenty - two patients with acute exacerbation of chronic dacryocystitis were chosen, 16 of them with upper lacrimal ducts occlusion were diagnosed with lacrimal probing and cleared out by lacrimal antibiotic solution. Dacryocystorhinostomy was taken decided by a steady illness condition. Results After the treatments above,the inflammation of all of the 16 cases was dissipated in 5-10 d without dacryocystostomy for apocenosis. Conclusions The obstruction of upper lacrimal ducts is related to the development and prognosis in the acute exacerbation of chronic dacryocystitis closely, and reliefing the lacrimal occlusion is chief in the treatment of acute dacryocystitis.
