平均红细胞体积和红细胞体积变异系数在血液疾病鉴别诊断中的意义

目的探讨平均红细胞体积（MCV）和红细胞体积变异系数（RDW—CV）在巨幼细胞贫血（MA）、再生障碍性贫血（AA）和骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）鉴别诊断中的临床意义。方法利用血细胞自动分析仪测定不同血液病患者的MCV、RDW—CV数值，并相互进行比较。结果MA及MDS患者MCV、RDW—CV明显高于AA患者，差异有统计学意义。MA患者MCV高于MDS患者，差异有统计学意义，但RDW—CV差异无统计学意义。结论通过联合测定MCV及RDW—CV，有助于血液疾病的鉴别诊断。

Significance of mean corpuscular volume and red blood cell volume coefficient of variability in diagnosis of Hematologic disease

Objective To evaluate clinical significance of the mean corpuscular volume （MCV） and red blood cell volume coefficient of variability （RDW-CV） in the diagnosis of megaloblastic anemia,aplastic anemia and myelodysplastic syndrome. Methods The values of MCV and RDW CV were determined by a blood cell automatic analyzer,and compared with each other. Results Compared to AA group,the level of MCV and RDW CV in MA or MDS group were significantly higher. The level of MCV in MA group was significantly higher than than in MDS group,hut there was no difference of RDW-CV. Conclusion The MCV and RDW has certain instructive significance in the differential diagnosis of hematologic disease.
