上海市三级医院临床用血现状调查

目的:调查上海市三级医院临床用血现状,为指导临床用血提供依据和建议。方法:抽样收集上海市24家三级医院2010年度临床用血资料,统计用血人次、用血量、各年龄组和科室成分血使用情况。结果:2010年上海市三级医院临床用血中,A型、B型、AB型和O型血的用血量所占比例分别为30.77%、28.52%、9.79%和30.92%。18岁以下、19～40岁、41～59岁和60岁以上患者的用血量所占比例分别为3.69%、15.69%、36.61%和44.01%;血液成分使用中,红细胞、血浆和血小板所占的比例分别为45.44%、35.13%和15.80%。结论:上海市三级医院临床用血量较大,O型、A型和B型血的使用比例较高,老年患者用血占的比例较高。

The status analysis of blood transfusion in tertiary hospitals in Shanghai

To analyze the status of clinical blood transfusion in tertiary hospitals in Shanghai and provide poli- cy suggestions for reasonable blood transfusion. Methods： Blood transfusion information of 24 tertiary hospitals in 2010 was collected. The person-time, amount, age distribution and department distribution of blood transfusion were ana- lyzed. Results： The blood transfusion proportions of type A, type B, type AB and type O were 30. 77%, 28.52%, 9.79% and 30.92%, respectively. The proportions of blood consumption under the age of 18, 19 ~40, 41 ~ 59 and o- ver the age of 60 were 3.69%, 15.69%, 36.61% and 44.01% respectively. In ingredient blood utilization, the pro- portions of the red blood ceils consumption, platelets consumption and plasma consumption were 45.44%, 35.13% and 15.80% respectively. Conclusion： The amount of blood transfusion in tertiary hospitals was big. The blood utilization of type O, type A and type B were higher, and elderly patients had the higher proportion of blood transfusion.
