固硫型煤与普通煤对人体鼻咽部影响的比较

摘    要:目的:比较固硫型煤与普通煤对人体鼻咽部健康的影响。方法:采用现场干预试验,实验组给予固硫型煤,对照组仍用普通煤,追踪观察10个月,结果:实验组与对照组实验前后在性别,年龄构成上均衡;χ^2检验,logistic回归分析,典型相关分析均显示实验组人群鼻咽部患病有显著降低,结论:使用固硫型煤相对与普通煤能够显著降低人群鼻咽部的患病,建议推广固硫型煤。

Abstract:Objective:To Compare the influence of combusting bio-briquette on nasopharynx with burning raw coal.Methods:To use population intervention study,the experiment group provided for bio-briquette and the control group for raw coal,which be observed for 10 months.Results:The proportion between the two groups is equilibrium. And the Chi-square test?Logistic regression?Canonical correlation show that the bio-briquette group has significantly less prevalence rate on nasopharynx than that of raw coal.Conclusion:Combusting bio-briquette is a protective factor for peoples nasopharynx to burning raw coal.Bio-briquette should be used instead of raw coal.
