基础体温测定预测排卵及评价黄体功能的准确性分析

摘    要:为了分析基础体温(BBT)测定用于预测排卵和评价黄体功能的准确性,对54个自然排卵周期进行研究,包括BBT测定,B超监测排卵及血LH与孕酮测定,并对其中37个周期进行黄体晚期子宫内膜组织学检查,由三位医生分别对BBT记录分析,指明最低体温日并评价黄体功能,结果显示BBT不能准确地预测排卵,但在血LH峰前后3天的是可靠的。BBT也不是敏感的评价黄体功能的指标,不能作为诊断黄体期缺陷(LPD)的主要方法。

Abstract:To assess the precision of basal body temperature (BBT) in the prediction of ovulation and the evaluation of luteal function,fifty-four normal ovulatory cycles were studied.In all BBT cycles,levels of serum LH and progesterone determination and ultrasound monitoring of ovulation were included.The endometrial biopsy was obtained in the late luteal phase from 37 cycles among 54 studied cycles.The BBT records were analiyed to estimate the day of ovulation and luteal function by three clinical gynecologists independently.The results showed that the BBT measurement is less reliable for predicting ovulation and estimating luteal function,and it can not be used as a major method in diagnosis of luteal phase defect.
