骨盆骨折患者并发症的观察及护理

笔者总结42例骨盆骨折患者并发症的观察及护理措施:密切观察病情,评估患者的全身情况、生命体征、局部的症状和体征,根据病情观察结果作出判断。认为骨盆骨折伴有并发症患者救治成功的关键在于并发症早期发现、早期诊断和及时对症治疗。严密的护理观察能为诊断、治疗提供依据,使患者得到及时救治。

Observation and nursing care of complications in patients with pelvis fracture

The authors reported their experience in observing and nursing 42 patients with pelvis fracture, summarizing the nursing measures as close observation of disease conditions, evaluation of whole body conditions, vital signs and local symptoms and physical signs of the patients and right judgment based on disease conditions. The authors think that the key for successful rescue and treatment lies in early discovery of complications, early diagnosis and timely treatment pertinent to the disease, on the other hand, close nursing observation can provide information for diagnosis and treatment so as to rescue and treat patients in time.
