脂肪乳在肝硬化顽固性腹水治疗中的应用

采用脂肪乳剂治疗10例肝硬化顽固性腹水患者.先纠正水电解质失衡,以氨基酸250ml每天1～2次静滴,白蛋白及新鲜血浆间断使用,每天供糖不少于200g.每例应用2～5次脂肪乳.结果:本组病人精神好转,食欲增加,乏力改善.腹水消失6例,尚有微量腹水4例.

Applying of 10% Intralipid to treatment of ascites induced by Liver cirrhosis

10% Intralipid Was applied to 10 patients With abstinate ascites induced by Liver cirrhosis. Water and electrolyte unbalance was corrected with 250 ml amino acid through venous rorte 1- 2 times per day with interrupted addition of albumin and fresh plasma. Glucose supply was no less than 200 gram per day. Two to five ftimes of emilsion was ueed on every y patient. The result demonstrated a promotion in both mental and physical conditions with significant improvement in appetite. Aseites disappeared in 6 cases and decreased in the othes 4 cases
