| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)的效果.方法:228例分为治疗组115和未治组113例.治疗组用中西药治疗,未治组不用药物治疗.结果:治疗组围产儿死亡率,宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、妊高征及产后出血发生率均明显低于未治组(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论:对ICP早期诊断及治疗是降低围产儿死亡率和并发症发生率的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnancy (ICP) treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine.Methods:228 cases had been divided into a test group (115 cases) and a control group (113 cases).The former had been treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine and the latter,blank control,just observed.Results:The indexes,death rate,embarrassed fetal,neonatal asphyxia and bleeding,in the test are lower than those in the control (P>0.01 or P<0.05) .Conclusion:Early diagnosis and treatment are the crux in lowing perinatal death rate and complicantion. |
