复方斑蝥注射液对荷肝癌H22瘤小鼠的免疫调节作用

目的：研究复方斑蝥注射液（Compound traditional Chinese of cantharis injection，CCI）对荷肝癌H22瘤小鼠免疫调节作用。方法：用2，4-二硝基氯苯（2，4-dinitro-chlorobenzene，DNCB）诱导荷肝癌H22小鼠皮肤迟发性超敏反应（Delay type hypersensitivity，DTH），观察CCI对小鼠耳廓肿胀度、胸腺指数和脾脏指数的影响；用放免法检测该药对荷肝癌H22小鼠血清白介素2（Interleukin-2，IL-2）和肿瘤坏死因子α（Tumor necrosis faetor-α，TNF-α）水平的影响。结果：与空白对照组比，模型组小鼠耳廓肿胀度、胸腺指数和脾脏指数、IL-2和TNF-α水平均明显降低，差异显著（P〈0．05）；与模型组比较，CCI可使荷肝癌H22小鼠降低的耳廓肿胀度、胸腺指数和脾脏指数、IL-2和TNF-α水平明显增高（P〈0．05）。结论：CCI可提高荷肝癌H22小鼠免疫功能。

The antitumor and immunoregulatory effect of CCI on the mouse bearing H_(22) tumor

To investigate the immunoregulatory effect of CCI on the Mouse Bearing H22 Tumor. Methods： The DTH response in vivo induced by DNCB was examined for observing the effect of auricle swell, thymus index and the spleenie index. We also measured the serum level of IL-2 and TNF-α of H22-bearing mice by radio-immunity methods. Results. Compared with model group, auricle swell, thymus index and the spleenic index, IL-2 and TNF-α in the serum was heigtened obviously for H22-bearing mice （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： CCI can heigten immunologic function.
