2型糖尿病合并高血压患者糖脂代谢研究

目的:研究合并高血压的2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢状况,了解造成2型糖尿病患者发生高血压的可能危险因素。方法:收集符合要求的2型糖尿病患者140例,按血压状况分为高血压合并糖尿病组(HP+DM组,71例,年龄62.15±9.75岁)与非合并高血压的糖尿病组(DM组,69例,年龄59.52±11.87岁),收集入选对象信息,测定患者SBP、DBP、身高、体重,BMI;采集静脉血,测定空腹血脂、血糖水平,分别进行危险因素Logistic回归分析。结果:HP+DM组与DM组比较,SBP、DBP、BMI、体重、皮质醇、HbAlc、TC具有统计学意义(P<0.05);合并高血压2型糖尿病的多危险因素Logistic回归分析显示:年龄、病程、身高、体重、BMI、血压、血脂、FBS、FINS、C-P、HbAlc是高血压合并糖尿病的独立影响因素。结论:合并高血压的2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢较紊乱,且存在多危险因素。

Glycometabolism and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients combined with hypertension

Objective:To study the glycometabolism and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients combined with hypertension and to investigate the risk factors of hypertension in diabetes patients.Methods: A total of 140 diabetic patients were divided into group of hypersention combined with diabetes(HP+DM,n=71) and group of diabetes(DM,n=69).The systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),body height,weight and body mass index(BMI) were measured,and the fasting plasma lipid and glucose were detected.Logistic regression analysis of risk factor was performed.Results: There were significant differences in the SBP,DBP,BMI,weight,cortisol,HbAlc,total cholesterol(TC) between HP+DM group and DM group.The multi-risk factor Logistic regression analysis showed that age,pathogenesis time,height,weight,BMI,blood pressure,blood lipid,fasting blood sugar(FBS),FINS,C-protein and HbAlc were independent risk factors of type 2 diabetic combined with hypertension.Conclusion: The disorder of glycometabolism and lipid metabolism may be obvious in diabetes patients with hypertension,and there are multitude risk factors of this disease.
