循证护理在消化性溃疡患者中的应用及临床效果分析

目的探讨循证护理在消化性溃疡患者中的应用及临床意义。方法将190例消化性溃疡患者随机分为观察组和对照组各95例，对照组给予消化内科常规护理，观察组给予循证护理，观察两组患者遵医行为、护理满意度及生活质量情况。结果观察组遵医行为、心理状况及生活质量情况均优于对照组，组间比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理能改善消化性溃疡患者的心理状况，提高其治疗依从性，对提高患者生活质量、改善预后均有积极意义。

The application and analysis of clinical results of evidence-based care in patients with peptic ulcer

Objective To evaluate the application and clinical significance of evidence-based care in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods All 190 cases with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 95 cases in each group,and the control group received routine medical care of the digestion department and the observation group was given evidence-based care.Compliance,nursing satisfaction and quality of life situation of patients were observed.Results The compliance behavior,nursing satisfaction and quality of life conditions of the observation group were better than those of the control group,which were significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based care can improve the compliance behavior of patients with peptic ulcer and their quality of life,which can improve patients’ satisfaction while improving the quality of care,is a scientific and effective model of care.
