超声引导下经腹经阴道穿刺在盆腔良性囊性肿物治疗中的临床研究

目的:探讨超声引导下经腹经阴道穿刺介入治疗盆腔良性囊性肿物的效果。方法:治疗组包括164例盆腔囊性肿物,在超声引导下经腹或阴道穿刺,抽出囊液,生理盐水(或甲硝唑注射液)冲洗囊腔后无水乙醇灭活囊肿壁。对照组包括本院妇产科127例盆腔囊性肿物患者,治疗方法为腹腔镜下行囊肿剥离术。治疗组手术时间、术后不良反应、并发症、囊肿治疗效果及复发率与对照资料进行对比并作统计学分析。结果:两组治疗效果良好,总有效率治疗组96.34%,对照组98.43%,二者对比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。术后不良反应及并发症治疗组少于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下穿刺介入治疗囊性肿物简便微创、安全有效、副作用小,为临床治疗首选方案。

Clinical application of ultrasonic guided transabdominal or transvaginal puncture in the treatment of pelvic benign cystic neoplasm

Objective：To evaluate the effect of transabdominal or transvaginal ultrasound - guided interventional treatment on pelvie innocuous ovarian cysts. Methods Treatment group （164 cases of pelvic ovarian cysts ） underwent ultrasound -guided transabdominal or transvaginal puncture normal saline （or Metronidazole injection） washed cysts and then anhydrous alcohol was used to inactivat cyst wall. Control group （ 127 cases of pelvic ovarian cysts） were stripped in laparoscopie. Operation time, postoperative adverse reaction, complications, treatment effect, and recurrence rate of the gtwo groups were compared and analysed. Results： The effects of two groups were good, the total effective rate were 96.34% and 98.43% in treatment group and control group respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Postoperative adverse reaction and complications of treatment group were less than that of the control group, the differences were significant （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion：Ultrasound - guided interventional treatment of ovarian cysts is safe, effective, minimally invasive, and it is the first choice for clinical treatment.
