中医治疗慢性支气管炎80例疗效观察

目的:观察中医辩证慢支的临床疗效。方法:将80例门诊慢支病人分为虚实两类,实证风寒外袭,虚证肺脾气虚进行治疗。结果:实证总有效率89.47%,虚证总有效率91.30%。结论:中医辨证慢支应分为虚实两类。实证为风寒外袭,虚证为肺脾气虚,更切合临床实际。

Clinical observation on treating 80 cases of chronic bronchitis in TCM

Objective:To observe the effect of TCM in treating chronic bronchitis.Methods:80 cases were divided into two types of the actual situation.Results: The empirical total efficiency of 89.47%,the deficiency 91.30% total efficiency.Conclusion: chronic bronchitis should be divided into two categories in TCM,including actual situation.Evidence for the cold outside attack,deficiency for Feipi Qixu,more in line with clinical practice.
