2010年汉源县居民死因监测分析

目的了解四川省汉源县居民死因的分布特点及对寿命的影响,为综合防治提供依据。方法对汉源县居民2010年死因监测资料通过死亡率、构成比、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、减寿率(PYLL率)等指标对居民死亡和减寿的主要原因进行分析。结果汉源县2010年报告死亡人数1 958人,死亡率为608.63/10万,标化死亡率569.98/10万。男性死亡率为712.47/10万,女性死亡率为500.35/10万,男性高于女性。前5位死因分别为呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、损伤和中毒、脑血管疾病,心脏病,占全死因的88.15%;呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、损伤和中毒是造成汉源县居民寿命损失的主要原因。结论慢性非传染性疾病是2010年汉源县居民死亡的主要死因。

Analysis on surveillance of death causes among residents of Hanyuan County in 2010

Objective]To understand the distribution features of death causes among residents of Hanyuan County in Sichuan and its influence on life,provide the evidence for comprehensive control. Methods]The surveillance data of death causes among residents in Hanyuan county in 2010 were collected,and the main causes of death and life lost were analyzed by using the indexes of mortality,constituent ratio,years of potential life lost(YPLL) and rate of potential life lost. Results]A total of 1 958 death cases were reported in Hanyuan county in 2010,the mortality was 608.63/lakh,the standardized mortality rate was 569.98/lakh.The mortality in males(712.47/lakh) was higher than that in females(500.35/lakh).The first five causes of death were respiratory diseases,malignant tumors,injuries and poisoning,cerebrovascular diseases and heart diseases,which accounted for 88.15% of total causes of death.The main causes for life lost of residents in Hanyuan county were respiratory diseases,malignant tumors,injuries and poisoning. Conclusion]The chronic non-infectious diseases are the chief causes of death among residents in Hanyuan county in 2010.
