| 摘 要： | 选择性输卵管造影及复通术(FTR)是目前国际上治疗输卵管阻塞的最先进办法。本文对52例输卵管阻塞患者进行FTR,结果显示:复通率达86.4％.其中继发不孕为88.6％,原发不孕为79.2％;输卵管近端阻塞为89.9％,输卵管远端阻塞为64.2％,不孕年限1～4年为90.0％,5～9年为89.5％,10年以上为62.5％。提示FTR复通率与原发不孕、继发不孕、输卵管近端阻塞和远端阻塞以及不孕年限有关。

| Abstract: | It is the advanced mathord of treating tubal obstruction how that is selective saping agiaphy and fallopian tube recanalisation (FTR). The reasult,the rate of recanalisation was 86. 4%. Original sterility 79. 2%. Secondary sterility 88. 6%. Near tip tubal obstruction 89. 9%. Near tip tubal obsruction 64. 2%. The course of sterility 1-4 years is 90. 0% ,5-9 years is 89. 5%. Over the years is 62. 5%. The result show the recanalisation rate of FTR is reliability result. With original of secondary sterility near tip or far tip. Tubal obetruction and the courses. |
