| 摘 要： | 目的研究贵州水族人群细胞色素P450 2C19（CYP 2C19）的遗传多态性。方法应用PCR技术对贵州水族人群细胞色素P450 2C19基因进行扩增，并以SmaⅠ进行限制性酶切图谱分析。结果96份贵州水族人群血样中47份为CYP 2C19野生型纯合子（wt/wt），36份为CYP 2C19杂合子（m1/wt），13份为CYP 2C19突变型纯合子（ml/ml）；结论贵州水族人群中的CYP 2C19基因多态性与其他民族相比具有一定的差异性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the distribution of genotype pattem of cytochrome P4502C19 in Shui ethnic group in Guizhou Methods P4502C19 genes from normal indviduals of Shui Ethnics were amplifced with PCR and their restricted enzyme digested maps were analyzed with Smsl.Resuits The frequerey of wt,ml and mz alleles were 0.47,0.36,0.13.Condusion The genotyping of CYP2C19 in Shui ethnic group in Guizhou is diverse compared with other nationality population. |
