| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CD147蛋白表达在乳腺癌发生中的作用及与临床病理特征之间的关系.方法采用免疫组织化学(S-P)技术检测了CD147蛋白在58例乳腺癌标本和15例乳腺纤维腺瘤标本中的表达.结果CD147蛋白分子在乳腺癌组织中的表达率明显高于乳腺纤维腺瘤.CD147的表达与肿瘤的临床分期、淋巴结状况、组织学分级有显著性差异.结论CD147表达在乳腺癌的发生发展中可能有重要作用.

| Abstract: | jective To investigate CD147 functions in development of breast cancer and the relation to clinical significance. Methods Imnunohistochemistry (S-P) was used to test CD147 protein expression in breast cancer and adenoma. Results Positive rate of CD147 protein expression in breast cancer was higher significantly than in benign tumor. Expression of CD147 was relate to lymph node status, clinical stage and histological grade. Conclusion CD147 may play an important role during the progress of breast cancer. |
