摘    要:目的分析内蒙古自治区布病疫情,探索布病疫情的流行特点和发展趋势,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法利用“国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统”数据,使用Excel和Epi Info软件对布病疫情资料进行分析。结果2002-2006年,内蒙古布病报告发病率由3.42/10万上升到33.32/10万,升高近10倍;布病发病呈明显的季节周期性,夏季为发病高峰期,冬春季发病较少;到2006年全区12个盟市除阿拉善盟外,均有病例报告;病例以从事畜牧业人员为主。结论由于畜牧养殖业的快速发展,牲畜交易频繁;再加上新牧民缺乏防病意识,相关部门检疫、免疫措施不到位,使得内蒙古布病疫情5年间快速上升,如不采取有效控制措施,人间新发病例会继续增加,将严重影响人民群众的身体健康和经济发展,后果将十分严重。

Abstract:Objective To explore the epidemiologieal characteristics and development trends of epidemic of brucellosis in Inner Mongolia and provide basis for making control measures. Methods Based on the “China information system for disease control and prevention”, the data of prevalence and control of brucellosis were statistically analyzed. Results In Inner Mongolia, the report showed that the incidence of brucellosis was rosed fron 3.42/100 000 in 2002 rose to 33.32/100 000 in 2006, nearly 10 times of 2002; The infection of brucellossis showed a seasonal cycle and with a peak period in summer. The incidence in winter and spring was low. There were infections reported in every preectures except Alxa prefecturerts in the Inner Mongolia from 2002 to 2006 and most of the cases were engaged in animal husbandry. Conclusion The infections of brucellosis is increasing rapidly in recent five years during which period the animal husbandry develops at a fast speed and transactions of livestock also frequently, but the control measures of immunivation, quarantine and individual protection were not effectively put into effect leading to the outbreak of brucellosis.
