多西他赛与顺铂在鼻咽癌放射治疗中增敏疗效比较

【目的】比较多西他赛与顺铂在鼻咽癌放射治疗中的增敏疗效。【方法】首程治疗97例中晚期鼻咽癌患者均给予放疗，根据化疗方式分为多西他赛组、顺铂组及对照组。多西他赛组每周1次静脉滴注多西他赛40mg；顺铂组每次10mg加入250mL生理盐水中，于第1、第2周，1次／d，第5周重复；对照组仅行单纯的放射治疗。【结果】多西他赛组和顺铂组在有效率、放疗增敏比与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。多西他赛组与顺铂组比较也有显著性差异（P〈0．05），但消化道、血液系统毒副反应无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。【结论】多西他赛在放射增敏方面疗效优于顺铂，且毒副反应不明显。

Comparison of the Effects of Radiosensitization Between Docetaxel and Cisplatin in Treating Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective] To compare the effects of radiosensitization between docetaxel and cisplatin in treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods] A total of 97 patients with intermediate or advanced stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into docetaxel group, cisplatin group and control group by different therapy regimens. The docetaxel group was treated with docetaxel 40rag once a week plus radiotherapy. The cisplatin group was treated with cisplatin 10mg daily from Monday to Friday in first two weeks and the same therapy plus radiotherapy in the fifth week. The control group was treated radiotherapy only. Results]There were significant differences in the effective rate and radiosensitization between the docetaxel group or cisplatin group and the control group （ P 〈0. 05）, and there was also significant difference between the docetaxel group and the cisplatin group（ P 〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the side effects of gastrointestinal tract and hematological system between the docetaxel group and the cisplatin group （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion] Docetaxel is better than cisplatin in radiosensitization for advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and it has less side effects.
