| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕的安全性和效果。方法 将本院门诊1048例早孕行药物流产者按停经天数分成三组,进行对比分析。结果 停经34～42天者完全流产率为99.13％,停经43～49天者完全流产率为92.90％,停经50～60天者完全流产率为88.36％。总完全流产率为95.71％。结论 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕是安全可行的,且妊娠天数越少,则完全流产率越高。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of induced abortion by Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol. Methods 1048 patients undergoing abortion induced by Mifepristone combined with Misbprostol in our hospital were classified into three groups according to their last menstruation peried (LMP). Results Of patients who had induced abortion by Mifeprist one combined with Misoprostol 34 to 42 days after their LMP,99. 13% had a complete abortion. When 43 to 49 days after LMP,the complete abortion rate was 92. 90%. When 50 to 60 days after LMP,the complete abortion rate was reduced to 88. 36%. The overall complete abortion rate of the 1048 patients was 95. 71%. Conclusions Mifepristone combined with Misoprosto is an effective and safe method for induced abortion,especially when it is used early. |
