| 摘 要： | 本文报告肝门区域血管选择性阻断切除肝脏肿瘤１１例。此法不同于传统的肝十二指肠韧带阻断切肝，该阻断更适合于现代肝脏外科的功能解剖，血管阻断不受时间限制，术中出血较少，术者显得十分从容，余肝血供无干扰，具有术后肝功损害轻，恢复快等优点。作者对术中出血的预防及处理进行亏讨论。

| Abstract: | he operation is different from the removal of a blackage hepatoduodenal ligament.It ismore suitable according to functional anatomy.It can be performed at any time with littlehemorrage,no interference in blood supply little damaage of liver function and quicker recov-ery. Authors also discuss the preventive measures of hemorrage during the operation. |
