Diagnostic Value of Radiofrequency Color Doppler Ultrasound on Benign and Malignant Breast Neoplasms

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of radiofrequency color doppler ultrasound on benign and malignant breast neoplasms.Methods 100 cases with breast neoplasms in our hospital received the echography and the acoustic image characteristic were summarized.Results The acoustic image characteristic of malignant tumor were low echo-level,no envelope,no-regular shape,calcification,affluent blood stream.The data of Vmax and RI of benign breast neoplasms were lower than those of malignant breast neoplasms,and there was significant difference in them respectively(P<0.05).The cases with zero grade of Adler in benign breast neoplasms were more than those of malignant breast neoplasms,and there was significant difference in them respectively(P<0.05).The cases with Ⅲgrade of Adler in benign breast neoplasms were fewer than those of malignant breast neoplasms,and there was significant difference in them respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of radiofrequency color doppler ultrasound on benign and malignant breast neoplasms is obvious,so they are worth being used in clinic.
