深圳市宝安区社区外来儿童免疫接种率及其影响因素调查

目的 为了解宝安区外来儿童免疫接种现况，进一步探讨管理模式提供依据。方法 采用系统抽样，随机调查20个社区的280名外来儿童和137名户籍儿童。结果 外来儿童BCG、OPV、DPT、MV单苗接种率分别为67．14％、56．07％、53．21％、56．78％：四苗覆盖率为50．36％；乙肝疫苗接种率为53．21％。户籍儿童BCG、OPV、DPT、MV单苗接种率分别为100．00％、95．62％、95．62％、96．35％；四苗覆盖率为91．97％；乙肝疫苗接种率为96．35％。外来儿童家长文化水平较低，家庭经济收入少，对计划免疫的信息和信心不足。结论 外来儿童接种率较户籍儿童低，要提高外来儿童接种率必须加强宣传，改善免疫服务形式。

Investigation of Immunization Coverage Rates and the Affecting Factors of Adventive Children in the Community of Bao an District, Shenzhen City

OBJECTIVE To undersatnd the immuniazation present of Baoan districrt, and to provide the basis on probing a management model. MEHODS To adopt systematic sampling to investigate randomly 280 adventive children and 137 native children. RESULTS The adventive children's immunization coverage rates of BCG, OPV, DPT, MV and HBV were 67. 14% , 56.07% , 53.21% , 56.78% , 53. 21% respectively. The coverage rate of Four Vaccines was 50. 36% . The native children' s immunization coverage rates of BCG, OPV, DPT, MV and HBV were 100. 00% , 95. 62% , 95. 62% , 96. 35% , 96. 35% respectively. The coverage rate of Four Vaccines was 91. 97%. The parents of adventive children while their culture level were lower, the parents have insufficient knowledges about the planed immunizations while they know about concerned informations untimely. CONCLUSION the adventive children' s immunization coverage rates were lower than native children' s. To improve the adventive children' s coverage rates, we must publicize intensively, meliorate immunization service type.
