西酞普兰与文拉法辛治疗抑郁症对照研究

目的：比较西酞普兰与文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法：将68例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别给予西酞普兰及文拉法辛治疗,疗程6周,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）及汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）在治疗前及治疗1、2、4、6周评定疗效;用副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果：两组总体疗效相当,西酞普兰起效稍快,两组不良反应均较轻,安全性好。结论：西酞普兰与文拉法辛均是安全有效的抗抑郁剂。

Comparative Study of Ciralopram and Venlafaxine in the Treatment of depression

Objective:To explore clinical efficacy and safely of Citalopram and Venlafaxine in the treatment of depression.Methods:sixty eight patients with depression were treated randomly with Citalopram or Venlafaxine for six weeks,and measured with Hamilton depressive Scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety Scale(HAMA) and treatment emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) before treatment and 1,2,4,6 weeks after treatment.Results: The both drugs were similar in efficacy.The side effects of both were less.Conclusions: Citalopram and Venlafaxine are both effective and Sate antidepressants.
