人表皮细胞培养及同种移植方法的研究

摘    要:目的:为解决大面积烧伤及其它创伤性皮肤缺损创面覆盖问题,我们对人表皮细胞培养法及同种移植进行了研究。方法:采用细胞悬液培养及组织块培养方法对人表皮细胞进行了培养并对其临床同种移植进行了探讨。结果:组织块培养法皮片形成率为54.17%,细胞悬液培养法皮片成活率为49.05%,皮片形成率虽然不够理想,但我们的细胞悬液培养法皮片成活率比以前的方法大大提高。临床同种移植皮片共52片,成活23片。随访最长者达15个月,皮片仍存活且无排异现象。结论:两种表皮细胞培养法简便、可行,提高了皮片形成率。表皮细胞皮片同种移植组织能在体内继续生存

Abstract:Objective:In order to seek a solution to the extensive burn and other traumatic skin defect and lesion, we have had several studies on the human epidermal cell culture and homoplastic transplantation.Methods:Single cell suspension culture and tissue culture methods were used to have the human epidermal cells cultivated.Results:The formation rate of skin graft through tissue culture was 54.17% and the rate through single cell suspension culture was 49.05%. Fifty-two grafts had been transplanted, of which thirty-two survived. No signs of rejection toward allografts were observed during the 15 months of follow-up.Conclusion:Human epidermal cell culture is simple and workable, by which the formation rate of skin graft can be increased.
