裂孔性视网膜脱离手术67眼临床分析

目的：探讨传统手术方法治疗裂孔性视网膜脱离的效果。方法：能过对６６例（６７眼）裂孔性视网膜脱离患者术后回顾性临床分析。结果：用三种术式治疗以巩膜内填压手术效果最好，其次为巩膜外填压和环扎术，一次手术总有效率达８８．５５％，术中视网膜下放液与否与手术疗效无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：传统的巩膜电凝加内填压术是一种较为安全有效的手术方法，术中放液与否与手术效果无关。

Operation for Fissured Retinal Detachment on 67 Eyes--A Clinical Analysis

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of traditional procedures for fissured retinal detachment.Methods:66 cases of fissured retinal detachment(67 eyes in all) were retrospected.Results:Among the three kinds of operation, the endoscleral plugging was the most effective, a total effective rate of a single operation being 88.55%,next to which was the episcleral filling and cerclage.The intraoperative placement of liquid into the retina had no significant effect on the operative efficacy.Conclusion:The traditional sclera electrocoagulation in combination with internal plugging is safe and effective in the operation for fissured retinal detachment.
