| 摘 要： | 本文报告扭转型室性心动过速6例,结合文献共分析11例,着重对硫酸镁治疗此病进行了讨论。认为对急性心肌梗塞、心绞痛、高血压病患者,以及对异丙肾上腺素不能耐受者,而镁剂不失为安全、速效而又简单的抢救治疗措施之一。并对镁的治疗机理、剂量、给药途径和毒性进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In this paper six cases with torsades de pointes (T.d.p) are roported and 11 cases are analysed together with a review of literature. emphasis discuss is put on the therapy of T.d.p. with magnesium and it is suggested that magnesium be one of the emergency method which is safe, quick, effe- ctive and simple for patients with acute myocardial infarotion, angina pe- ctoris, hyperension and for patients who can not tolerate isoprenaline. Besi- des the mechanism of therapy, the dosage of magnesium, the route of adiminis tration as well as the toxic effects are discussed. |
