28例腹型过敏性紫癜患儿胃镜表现及临床分析

目的:探讨过敏性紫癜患儿胃镜下表现与临床特点,以提高对腹型过敏性紫癜的认识。方法:对某院28例腹型过敏性紫癜患儿进行胃镜检查,并分析相关资料。结果:全部病例胃镜下所见胃及十二指肠黏膜均表现为充血、水肿、出血、糜烂及溃疡、典型表现为斑片状略高出黏膜表面的出血斑点,胃镜改变以十二指肠降部改变最为显著,内镜下改变可早于皮肤紫癜。结论:过敏性紫癜患儿在胃镜检查下病变部位以十二指肠最多见,提示小肠是腹型紫癜的好发部位。胃镜检查可提高对腹型过敏性紫癜患儿在皮疹出现前的诊断准确率。

Gastroscope and analysis of 28 cases of Henoch-Schonlein Pupura in children
