异丙酚复合喷他佐辛用于无痛人流的临床观察

目的:观察异丙酚复合喷他佐辛用于无痛人流的效果,并与单纯异丙酚麻醉比较。方法:80例人工流产孕妇,随机分为A、B两组,每组40例。A组为异丙酚+喷他佐辛组,B组为单纯异丙酚组,分别记录两组麻醉前、手术开始时、唤醒后生命体征的改变。异丙酚用药总量,清醒时间,术中麻醉效果评定,术后疼痛VAS评分,并比较。结果:A组异丙酚用量、清醒时间、麻醉效能以及术后VAS评分均优于B组。结论:复合喷他佐辛用于人流术效果确切,并发症少。
