| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤术中急性颅脑膨出的原因及救治。方法:回顾性分析30例术中发生急性颅脑膨出的重型颅脑损伤患者的救治,探讨发生脑膨出的原因及处理方法。结果:30例患者死亡17例,存活13例。结论:重型颅脑损伤术急性脑膨出经过积极救治,可以降低其病死率和致残率。
