| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨后腹腔镜下输尿管上段切开取石术的技术要点及临床价值。方法:采用后腹腔镜技术行输尿管上段切开取石术25例,其中20例有ESWL失败史,结石直径8~20mm。结果:25例手术全部成功,手术时间55~130min。术中出血20~60ml。术后仅1例漏尿,术后2~3天拔除腹膜后引流管,术后平均住院7~8天,随访半年无特殊并发症。结论:经后腹腔镜输尿管上段切开取石术作为微创泌尿外科的手术方法,具有结石清除率高,手术出血量小,并发症少,术后恢复快,住院时间短等优势。
