| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性阑尾炎与右髂外动脉血管瘤破裂的鉴别诊断。方法:回顾性分析某院1例右髂外动脉血管瘤破裂误诊的临床资料。结果:右髂外动脉血管瘤破裂,在早期容易误诊为急性阑尾炎,应引起基层临床注意。结论:在基层医院,对于右髂外动脉血管瘤破裂的诊断,应该做好详细的病史询问,细致的体格检查,适宜的辅助检查和简单有效的腹腔穿刺,在术前为有效避免误诊是有益的方法。
