创伤患者早期血糖变化与创伤严重程度的相关性分析

目的:比较创伤后患者早期血糖值与损伤严重度评分(ISS)的关系,了解早期血糖的变化规律和创伤的严重程度的关系。方法:选创伤后2h内入住的100例创伤患者,入院即刻取静脉血进行血糖值测定,同时给每位患者进行创伤严重度评分(ISS)。根据血糖测定值分为A组(<6.1mmol/L),B组(6.1～11.1 mmol/L),C组(>11.1 mmol/L),统计各组间患者的损伤严重度评分(ISS)。结果:C组(>11.1 mmol/L)的ISS值及病死率比A组(<6.1mmol/L)及B组(6.1～11.1 mmol/L)明显增高(P<0.01)。结论:创伤患者早期血糖水平增高,血糖的高低与创伤的程度呈正相关关系(r=0.587,P<0.01)。
