高血压及伴左室肥厚患者心率变异性及其临床意义

目的探讨高血压及伴左室肥厚（ＬＶＨ）患者与心率变异性（ＨＲＶ）的关系。方法对８８例高血压患者动态心电图的心率变异指数（ＨＲＶＩ）进行监测，并和正常健康者进行对照。结果高血压患者ＨＲＶＩ降低的阳性率显著高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１）；伴有ＬＶＨ的高血压患者的ＨＲＶＩ降低的阳性率又明显高于无ＬＶＨ者（Ｐ＜０．０１），有ＨＲＶＩ降低者比不降低者心血管事件（ＣＶＥ）的发生率有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论ＨＲＶ是预测高血压患者尤伴ＬＶＨ者心性死亡的又一独立危险因素。

Clinical significance of the heart rate variability in hypertensive patients and those with left ventricular hypertrophy

Objective To investigate the relationship between the heart rate variability (HRV) and hypertensive patients who have or have no left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Methods The heart rate variability of 88 hypertensive patients and 50 controls were examined by Holter ECG. Results It was demonstrated that positive rate of hypertensive patients with low HRVI was markedly higher than that in control ( P <0.01);and that positive rate of that with.LVH was also markedly higher than those without LVH ( P <0.01).It had obvious difference in occurring rate of cardiovascular event (CVE) between hypertensive patients with HRVI and those without. Conclusion HRV is another independent factor in precasting cardiovascular death in hypertensive patients with LVH.
