| 摘 要： | 采用方证对应的原则，将缺铁性贫血病人（４９例）辨证分为肝血虚证、心血虚证、气血两虚证，用加味补肝汤进行治疗，并观察治疗前后血红蛋白（Ｈｂ）、血清铁蛋白（ＳＦ）、白细胞介素２（ＩＬ－２）、红细胞耗氧率４项指标与异常眼底治疗前后变化情况，及临床疗效、证候疗效，以验证我所制订的肝血虚证辨证标准的准确性，以及肝血虚证辅助实验诊断指标的可行性。结果表明，肝血虚证经加味补汤治疗后Ｈｂ、ＳＦ、ＩＬ－２及红细胞耗

| Abstract: | In order to testify the standards and clinical diagnostic parameters which were established by our Institute for the deficiency of the liver-blood(DLB),Jiaweibugan decoction(JWBG)was used to treat 49 patients with iron deficiency anemia classified as DLB,the deficiency of the heart-blood(DHB)and the deficiency of both qi and blood(DQB)in traditional Chinese medicine.The determination of effects was according to the changes of hemoglobin(Hb),serum ferritin(SF),IL-2,oxygen consumption rate(OCR)and fundus signs before and after treatment.The results showed that Hb,SF,IL-2,OCR in DLB patients were improved after treatment with JWBG decoction,and the clinical effective rate reached to 90%.It suggested that the diagnostic standards for DLB were practical and feasible.JWBG decoction was effective to DLB.Hb,SF,IL-2,OCR could be used as helpful diagnostic parameters for DLB. |
