| 摘 要： | 目的对比分析彩色多普勒超声与介入性超声活检颈部淋巴结肿大的诊断价值。方法对135例颈部淋巴结性肿大的患者,应用超声引导下进行穿刺、活检与超声声像图特点进行对比分析。结果 CLPN诊断符合率达89.3%,其次是MLPN、PLPN分别达66.7%、62.1%,最低是TLPN为41.7%。结论介入性超声诊断淋巴结肿大的疾病具有重要的临床应用价值。
