睾丸表皮样囊肿(附25例报告)

目的进一步提高睾丸表皮样囊肿的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析收治的25例睾丸表皮样囊肿的临床资料。结果23例行肿物切除术，2例行睾丸切除术。术中15例行冰冻病理检查，均明确诊断本病。术后随访12个月。22年，无复发及转移。结论睾丸表皮样囊肿预后良好。病史、体检及超声对本病的诊断有一定意义，术中行肿物冰冻活检可明确诊断。保留患侧睾丸的肿物切除术是应该选择的治疗手段。

Testicular epidermoid cysts (report of 25 cases)

Objective To promote the diagnosis and treatment of epidermoid cysts of testis. Methods 25 cases of testicular epidermoid cysts including the features of ultrasonography, pathology, histogenesis and treatment were discussed retrospectively. Results 23 cases among the 25 patients were undergone tumor resection and preserved their testis. Intraopertive frozen section were performed in 15 cases and all of them were diagnosed clearly. None of the patients suffered from local recurrence or peripheral metastases during a followup of 12 months -22 years. Conclusion The prognosis is well. Medical history, physical examination and ultrasonic examination have significance to the diagnosis. Frozen section analysis with the epidermoid cysts is important for diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Tumor resection preserved the testis is recommended for the treatment.
