| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑囊虫病致癫痫的临床特点及治疗方法,研究吡喹酮应用治疗脑囊虫病的临床疗效及影像学、免疫学、脑电图变化。方法通过对75例脑囊虫病致癫痫患者的回顾性分析,总结其临床特点、免疫水平、影像学及脑电图资料和治疗方法。结果脑囊虫病致癫痫男性患者占70.67%,女性患者占29.33%,发作频率平均每年3～7次,发作类型以全身强直-阵挛发作（GTCS）多见。囊虫免疫反应血ELISA阳性率为69.33%,脑脊液ELISA阳性率58.62%。脑电图正常16例,异常59例,异常脑电图以弥漫性或局限慢波活动为主。结论脑囊虫病致癫痫男性多于女性,发作频率不高,发作类型多样,吡喹酮为有效、安全的治疗药物。
