红细胞生成素与肾间质纤维化

红细胞生成素是临床常用的纠正各种贫血的药物，近年，其纠正贫血以外的肾保护作用成为研究热点。肾间质纤维化是慢性肾脏病进展至终末期肾脏病的最终病理结果，纤维化后的肾脏失去正常的功能，最后只能通过移植或透析维持基本生命。本文就红细胞生成素与肾间质纤维化之间的关系作出综述。

Erythropoietin and Renal Interstitial Fibrosis

Erythropoietin (EPO) has always been used for the treatment of various anaemia in practice.More recently, the non-haematopoietic function of EPO including renoprotection is more popular. The finial pathology of all kinds of chronic kidney diseases progressed to end-stage renal disease is renal interstitial fibrosis (RIF).When the renal fibrosis occurs,the kindey loses its normal function and the patients could survived by dialysis or renal transplantation.This article presents a review of the relationship between EPO and RIF.
