| 摘 要： | 目的 分析INK4/ARF基因座甲基化状态与非小细胞肺癌临床病理特征的相关性及探讨基因座内各编码基因甲基化协同调控的可能性。 方法 临床收集81例非小细胞肺癌患者手术切除的配对癌灶及癌旁石蜡组织标本；采用甲基化特异性PCR（MSP）对石蜡组织标本DNA进行p16INK4a、p15INK4b及p14ARF基因甲基化检测并与临床病理特征进行相关性分析。结果 癌灶组织中的p16 INK4a基因甲基化在鳞状细胞癌中的分布明显高于腺癌（P<0.01），并与肿瘤大小密切相关（P<0.05）。癌灶组织中p16INK4a与p15INK4b基因甲基化状态密切相关（P<0.05）；结论 INK4/ARF基因座启动子区甲基化与非小细胞肺癌发生、发展相关；p16INK4a与p15INK4b基因甲基化状态的关联提示INK4/ARF基因座可能存在表观协同调控方式。
