| 摘 要： | 目的观察急性脑梗死患者血脂、血浆纤维蛋白原（Fib）水平的变化,探讨其与脑梗死严重程度与预后的相关性。方法分别采用酶比色法、直接法检测56例急性脑梗死患者（ACI组）和45例非急性脑梗死患者（对照组）三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TCH）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平,凝血酶比浊法检测Fib水平,并比较ACI组治疗前、后各指标水平的变化。结果 ACI组中TG、TCH、LDL-C、Fib水平明显高于对照组（P均〈0.01）,HDL-C低于对照组（P〈0.05）;随着ACI严重程度的增加,TG、TCH、LDL-C和Fib水平逐渐增高,HDL-C水平逐渐降低,ACI轻型组、中型组TG水平与重型组相比,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,轻型组TCH、LDL-C、HDL-C水平与重型组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,轻型组Fib水平与中型组、重型组相比,中型组与重型组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或〈0.01）。结论监测ACI患者血脂、Fib水平的变化,对判断病情、预后及指导治疗有一定的意义。
