彩色多普勒超声诊断急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床研究

目的研究低频和高频彩色多普勒超声在诊断急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床应用价值。方法对80例急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的患者分别在低频和高频彩色多普勒超声条件下进行超声检查,分析肠系膜淋巴结的图像特点,对比在两种不同频率的超声条件下,淋巴结的显像效果、肿大的淋巴结的显像率和彩色血流信号显示率。结果低频和高频彩色多普勒超声在淋巴结现象效果上,高频优于低频;肿大的淋巴结的显像率高频为92.5%,低频为54.3%,有效率差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.31,P<0.05);彩色血流信号显示率高频为62.5%,低频为64.3%,无显著差异(χ2=0.37,P>0.05)。结论高频彩色多普勒超声在诊断急性肠系膜淋巴结炎时的淋巴结显像率和淋巴结显像效果明显优于低频彩色多普勒,但是二者在彩色血流信号显示率无明显差异,低频、高频和多普勒超声联合应用对急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断和鉴别诊断具有实用价值。

Clinical Investigation of the Diagnosis of Acute Mesenteric Lymphadenitis with Color Doppler Ultrasound

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the diagnosis of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis with color Doppler ultrasound.Methods Select 140 cases of patients with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis,then apply low-frequency and frequency color doppler ultrasound to diagnose imaging effects of lymph node、enlarged lymph nodes in the imaging rate and the rate of color flow signals Results High-frequency color doppler ultrasound is better than low-frequency color doppler ultrasound in imaging effects of lymph node.At the same time enlarged lymph nodes in the imaging rate of high-frequency and low-frequency are 92.5% and 54.3%,and there was a significant difference between them（χ2=6.31,P0.05）.And the rate of color flow signals were 62.5%、64.3%,so there was no significant difference between the two（χ2=0.37,P0.05）.Conclusion High-frequency color doppler ultrasound is better than low-frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis.Combining low-frequency and high-frequency color doppler ultrasound to diagnose imaging effects of lymph node、enlarged lymph nodes in the imaging rate and the rate of color flow signals is worth of being populated,which means significant role in clinical diagnosis.
