洁悠神预防90锶-90钇敷贴治疗后放射性反应156例观察

目的 了解洁悠神在预防90锶-90钇敷贴治疗所致皮肤放射性反应的临床效果。方法 90锶-90钇敷贴治疗的489例皮肤病患者随机分为3组：观察组156例用洁悠神处理照射病灶处；A组132例用万花油或芦荟液处理照射病灶处；B组201例照射病灶处不作任何预防处理。 结果 观察组放射反应发生率18.6%，远低于A、B两组发生率34.8%、52.7%（P<0.05），重度反应发生率仅为3.8%，显著低于A、B两组（P<0.05）。 结论 洁悠神应用于90锶-90钇敷贴治疗皮肤病，能有效降低放射反应的发生，值得临床推荐。

Clinical Observation on Treating 156 Cases of JUC against Dermatitis induced by 90Strontium applicator Radiation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of JUC in the prevention o f radiative skin reaction induce by strontium 90 applicator. Methods 489 cases with Dermatitis induced by Strontium 90 applicator Radiation admitted in our department were randomly selected. According to different methods of therapy, all were randomly divided into three group. Observation group(156 cases) treated by JUC;A group(132 cases) treated by WangHua oil or LuHui liquid treatment;B group(201 cases) patients without any preventive treatment. Results The results showed that in observation group, the rate of radiation dermatitis was 18.6%, that in group A and B was34.8% and 52.7% (P<0.05). In observation group, the rate of severe radiation dermatitis was 3.8%, significantly lower than A, B group (P <0.05). Conclusion JUC can against Dermatitis induced by Strontium 90 applicator Radiation, can effectively reduce the radiation reaction, is worthy of recommendation..
