| 摘 要： | 摘要：胃癌发生的分子机制中，遗传和表观遗传机制均起着重要的作用。DNA甲基化是研究最多的一种表观遗传学表达机制。DNA异常甲基化在胃癌发生发展中有重要作用，可以影响基因转录活性而不涉及DNA序列的改变。目前，胃癌相关基因异常甲基化已成为胃癌发病机制研究中的热点。本文就基因异常甲基化与胃癌的关系作一综述

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT:
Both genetics and epigenetics play an important role in the development of gastric cancer. Among all the epigenetic mechanisms DNA methylation is a form whitch has been studied by many institutes.DNA methylation can contribute to the development of gastric cancer and is a hot topic in the tumor research. This aticle reviews the relaitionship between DNA methylation and gastric cancer. |
