同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌152例临床疗效观察

目的观察同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效及安全性。方法将2005年1月至2008年12月收住的中晚期宫颈癌患者152例,随机分为同步放化疗组、单纯放疗组每组各76例行,两组放疗方案相,化疗组于第1、第4周行全身静脉化疗,采用紫衫醇+顺铂周疗。结果同步放化疗组与单纯放疗组有效率分别为90.79%和60.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.90,P<0.01)。同步放化疗组与单纯放疗组的3年生存率分别为68.42%和46.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.77,P<0.01)。两组骨髓抑制、恶心、呕吐、脱发比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01),经对症处理患者均可耐受脱发对个别患者情绪影响较大。结论同步放化疗治疗中晚期子宫颈癌可提高近期疗效及3年生存率。以铂类为基础的化疗疗效肯定,患者能耐受,与化疗联合应用安全、合理。

Clinical Observation of 152 Cases Advanced Cervical Cancer Treated by Concurrent Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy
