快速针刺配合推拿治疗产后缺乳疗效观察

目的观察快速针刺配合推拿治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效,寻找治疗产后缺乳的最佳治疗方案。方法将120例产后缺乳患者随机分为治疗组64例,对照组56例,治疗组采用快速针刺配合推拿,主穴取膻中、乳泉、乳根、少泽、气海等穴,均用快速针刺法,不留针;推拿手法采用轻微按、揉、推、抹、揪、提等法,在乳房局部施术,1次/d。对照组采用中药通乳丹和下乳涌泉散加减,水煎服,1付/d,连续治疗6 d,对照比较治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈49例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率为96.88%;中药对照组痊愈19例,有效19例,无效18例,总有效率为67.86%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论快速针刺配合推拿治疗产后缺乳实是一种有效的治疗方法。

Efficacy of Quick Acupuncture Plus Massotherapy in Treating Postpartum Hypogalactia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of quick acupuncture and massotherapy in treating postpartum hypogalactia and seek an optimal way to treat postpartum hypogalactia.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 64 cases and a control group of 56 cases.The treatment group was treated by quick acupuncture and massotherapy.The main acupuncture points such as Shanzhong,Ruquan,Rugen,Shaoze Qihai,etc,were quickly acupunctured,but without keeping needles;the manipulations took the methods of slightly press,kneading,pushing,wipe,clench tiria,such as law,etc,in the breast local for the operation,once daily.The control group was treated with Tongru Dan and Xiaruyongquan decoction decocted in water,the dose was changed according to the status of patients,a dose daily,and a course was six days.The clinical curative effects before and after the treatment were compared.Results In the treatment group,49 cases were cured,13 cases were improved and 2 cases failed,the total efficacy rate was 96.88%;in the control group,19 cases were cured,19 cases were improved and 18 cases failed,the total efficacy was 67.86%.There was a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Quick acupuncture and massotherapy is an effective treatment method to treat postpartum hypogalactia.
